I've had T-Mobile for about 9 months now and my contract just got terminated. Yesterday, I got a letter in the mail stating that my account was going to be canceled due to the fact that I roamed too much. I pay for roaming, it's part of my contract with T-Mobile. The whole letter was a joke. It was so ironic, I could not believe it. It basically stated that in order to provide me with the utmost superior service, they would simply just write me off. I've never missed a payment and have always been satisfied with them, but I was sorely disappointed when I called customer service to give them a piece of my mind. The lady barely helped me out and couldn't interpret the letter clearly to me. I pointed out the irony of the letter and persistently told her I was not going to pay so they needn't bother waste their time sending me the next bill. She tried to tell me I could continue using my phone with a new carrier, but seriously, what's the point? If I'm forced to go into a new carrier, might as well get new phones. After talking with customer service and realizing she didn't really care about my problem, I just told her flat out to cancel my contract because I was fed up with her unwillingness to help me out. She shortly said goodbye and hung up before I did. Now I have two useless phones and have to hassle myself with a new carrier.

I have been a T-Mobile subscriber since 2000. I've got a family faves plan with 1800 minutes. There are 4 phones on the account. We do a lot of travel throughout the US and Europe and have been very happy with T-Mobile. There is no way I would change carriers. Never have a problem getting a signal. When I've called customer service they have been great. I make a point of recommending T-Mobile to anyone who asks me.

I have had T-Mobile for 4 years now. The only time I have had a problem with service is in my hometown, which is in the country. Verizon doesn't even work there and AT&T doesn't work well. I get coverage everywhere else. Their plans are far better than the others out there because you get a lot more for less. I have unlimited text, calling, and blackberry internet for only $90. Every time I call customer service, they have been very helpful and knowledgeable. I have never had a problem with my internet being slow either. I love T-Mobile and wouldn't think about switching.

I am reading so many bad reviews on T-Mobile and it's so untrue. I have been with them since 2006 and everywhere I go I get service. Sometimes when I am downstairs it goes down like 2 bars, but I've always had service. I once went down to Ohio in the middle of nowhere and I was the only one in my church group with service. People asked to use my phone. From what I read, people are bashing on the phone quality. The only negative about T-mobile is their prices for phones.
